Together we will devise a manageable plan to reach those goals. You'll learn how to set realistic & achievable goals, as well as sustainable habits to support a true lifestyle transformation. Learn how to understand, set & track your calories & macros. Understand new ways to reset your thoughts around food, diet & your body.
Single Drop In/$20
Small group health coaching sessions to keep you on track & reaching your goals. Drop in for a single visit if you're in need of some inspiration, or purchase 6 sessions & participate whenever you need guidance & support. Receive professional guidance as well as learning tips & tricks from others who are also working to improve themselves.

Meet Angela at the grocery store of your choice to be guided aisle-by-aisle to learn easy, healthy substitutes for all your favorites.
